PK-PALFINGER KRAN has delivered an HK75 hydraulic slide platform body to Autoklub Zadar, designed for vehicle transport and roadside assistance operations. The body is mounted on an Iveco Daily 70C18H chassis with a crew cab and a wheelbase of 5,100 mm.

The platform 5,500 mm long, providing space for loading and transporting vehicles. Its hydraulic sliding and tilting functions facilitate loading and unloading, while the crew cab provides additional seating for occupants of the vehicle requiring assistance.

Three toolboxes with LED lighting provide equipment storage, with two on the driver’s side and one on the passenger’s side. The body also features a broom and shovel holder beneath the front section of the platform, as well as a NATO socket behind the cab on the right-hand side.

Two LED work lights on the headboard illuminate the working area. A roof-mounted LED light bar and eight additional warning lights, positioned on the front grille, headboard and rear of the vehicle, improve visibility during roadside operations.

The platform, headboard, toolboxes and profiled side guards are finished in the distinctive yellow colour, while the subframe is galvanised for corrosion protection. This configuration combines vehicle transport, passenger accommodation and conveniently arranged equipment for everyday roadside assistance work.

The Croatian Automobile Club (HAK) provides roadside assistance and promotes road safety. Through its network of affiliated automobile clubs, including Autoklub Zadar, it supports drivers in the event of breakdowns or other difficulties during their journeys. The new body strengthens the service’s capabilities for roadside operations and vehicle transport.
