ING-GRAD d.d. has taken delivery of a building materials transport combination comprising a MAN TGX 26.480 truck, a TS-6.3 platform body, a PALFINGER PK 27001-EH crane and a two-axle PTS180 trailer. PK-PALFINGER KRAN manufactured the truck body and trailer and installed the crane, providing a complete solution for transporting and handling construction materials.
The PALFINGER crane PK 27001-EH is installed on the rear of the vehicle and equipped with three hydraulic extensions, with a maximum hydraulic reach of 10.3 meters. Such a position enables the handling of loads on the truck and trailer. The crane is controlled by a Scanreco radio remote control, and the equipment includes the HPSC stability control system, the PALTRONIC 50 control system, and monitoring of the stabilizer position and the transport position of the crane.
The TS-6.3 platform body has internal dimensions of approximately 6,300 × 2,480 × 800 mm. It features aluminium sideboards, an anti-slip floor and load securing openings integrated into the edge profile. Two-section sideboards and folding, removable centre and rear posts facilitate access to the loading area. Folding steps with a handrail, a toolbox and LED work lights provide additional convenience.
The combination is completed by a PTS180 trailer with internal loading dimensions of 6,600 × 2,480 × 800 mm. The trailer features two axles with air suspension, aluminium sideboards and an anti-slip floor. Its equipment includes an electronic braking system (EBS), a trailer stability system and tyre pressure and temperature monitoring.
Combining two loading areas with a rear-mounted crane, this configuration provides ING-GRAD with a practical solution for daily construction site deliveries and material loading and unloading.
