Four crane-tipper bodies with PALFINGER PK 18502 SH cranes for HEP Proizvodnja

A total of four crane-tipper bodies mounted on MAN TGM 18.320 4×4 BB trucks have been delivered to HEP Proizvodnja. Two vehicles are equipped with TK95-4.0 three-way tippers, while the other two feature TK95-4.2 three-way tippers. All four vehicles are fitted with PALFINGER PK 18502 SH cranes.

The cranes are mounted behind the cab and feature five hydraulic extensions, providing a hydraulic outreach of 14.8 m, along with Scanreco radio remote control. The Paltronic 150 control system and HPSC stability monitoring, together with additional rear stabilisers, support safe and precise load handling.

The TK95-4.2 three-way tippers have internal dimensions of 4,200 × 2,420 × 600 mm. The sideboards can be opened downwards or in a pendulum configuration, with spring assistance for easier closing. Eight galvanised lashing points are integrated into the tipper floor to secure loads, while an aluminium toolbox is mounted beneath the body.

For winter maintenance operations, the vehicles are equipped with a RASCO front mounting plate and hydraulic installations for a snow plough and spreader, controlled from the cab. The combination of four-wheel drive, a crane and a three-way tipper enables versatile use in material transport, field operations and access road maintenance.

HEP Proizvodnja is part of the HEP Group, responsible for electricity and heat generation. Maintaining its generation facilities and associated infrastructure requires reliable field equipment, and the delivered bodies support day-to-day work on site.
