PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. has delivered a multipurpose vehicle to Bulum Connect d.o.o., built on a Volvo FH 6×2 chassis with a wheelbase of 5,200 mm. The vehicle is equipped with a PALFINGER PK 33002 EH crane featuring a PJ060B fly-jib and an integrated TS-6.2 platform body, making it suitable for lifting and transporting various types of cargo.
Bulum Connect d.o.o. is a Croatian company specialising in ventilated façades, drywall systems and other specialised construction works.
The PALFINGER PK 33002 EH crane is mounted at the rear of the vehicle and equipped with five hydraulic extensions and an additional articulated boom – the PALFINGER PJ060B fly-jib. In this configuration, the crane offers a maximum hydraulic outreach of 27.7 metres, enabling loads to be lifted in hard-to-reach areas and allowing precise operation over obstacles and at greater heights.
The crane is equipped with a winch with a lifting capacity of 2.5 tonnes and a Scanreco radio remote-control system with linear control levers. For precise and safe operation, the crane features the Paltronic 50 control system, the HPSC continuous stability monitoring system, stabiliser position monitoring and crane transport position monitoring. Long hydraulic stabilisers and additional rear stabilisers ensure vehicle stability during operation.
The integrated TS-6.2 platform body has approximate internal dimensions of 6,200 × 2,480 × 800 mm. Its floor is made of 27 mm thick impregnated plywood, while the side panels are manufactured from anodised aluminium profiles. Two-piece side panels, folding and removable stanchions, and load-securing points enable easy loading and safe securing of various types of cargo.
The vehicle is additionally equipped with folding access steps with a handrail, LED work lights, stabiliser pads, load-securing straps and PALFINGER pallet forks with a lifting capacity of 2,000 kg.
The combination of a powerful PALFINGER crane, fly-jib, winch and spacious platform body makes this vehicle a versatile solution for demanding transport and construction tasks.
