For the needs of HAC (Croatian Motorways Ltd.), the national company responsible for the construction, maintenance, and management of motorways in Croatia, three low-bed trailers PRS360-2 were delivered, manufactured by PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o., and designed for the transport of construction machinery in demanding working conditions.

These trailers have been developed and produced in the company’s own production facility, in accordance with specific customer requirements. The design is based on a robust steel chassis combined with a steel and wooden loading platform, ensuring durability and safety when handling various types of machinery.

The trailers have a technical load capacity of 36,000 kg. The overall length of the trailer is 11,950 mm, while the flat loading platform measures 7,550 mm, enabling the safe transport of various types of machinery. A loading height of approximately 900 mm further facilitates handling, while the standard width of 2,550 mm, with the possibility of extension up to approximately 3,000 mm, provides additional flexibility during transport.

For safe and efficient loading, the trailers are equipped with two-piece hydraulic folding ramps with lateral adjustment. Driving stability and safety are ensured by three axles with a capacity of 12,000 kg per axle and air suspension, while the WABCO EBS braking system further enhances operational safety.
An integrated INFO centre with weighing system enables monitoring of the total trailer weight, while the TMPS system ensures continuous monitoring of tire pressure and temperature. In accordance with the customer’s requirements, the trailers are additionally equipped with LED work lights for operation in low visibility conditions.

This delivery confirms the capability of PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. to develop and manufacture reliable transport solutions tailored to real user needs, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and durability.
