Čistoća Rijeka was delivered an Iveco Daily 70C16H vehicle with a built-in PALFINGER PK 7.501 SLD 5 crane and a TK35-3.5 three-way tipper. The upgrade is adapted for municipal work and enables emptying of containers, transportation of collected material and its unloading.

Mounted behind the cab, the crane features radio remote control, allowing the operator to work from a position with a clear view of the operation. For emptying waste containers, it is equipped with a PZC 250PR container emptying device with a lifting capacity of 2,500 kg, designed for containers fitted with mushroom or ring lifting systems.

The TK35-3,5 three-way tipper has internal dimensions of 3,500 × 2,200 × 600 mm, with additional steel sideboard extensions measuring 600 mm in height. The rear doors, with a total height of 1,200 mm, open in an “a libro” configuration, providing easier access to the body and facilitating unloading.

The crane support is positioned above the rear doors to facilitate rear tipping. A mounting point for the container emptying device is provided on the rear doors, while the body also includes hooks for securing a protective net and a galvanised toolbox.

By combining a PALFINGER crane, a container emptying device and a three-way tipper, Čistoća Rijeka has received a versatile vehicle for its daily municipal operations.
