PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. delivered three identically equipped PALFINGER recycling truck solutions to MEĐIMURJE METALI d.o.o. Each recycling truck body was installed on a MAN TGS 26.440 6×2-4 BL CH chassis and combines an EPSILON Q150Z82 crane, a PALFINGER HT 18 TEC hooklift and an SG300A polyp grab.

Based in Mala Subotica, MEĐIMURJE METALI d.o.o. specialises in the collection, purchase, transport and processing of recyclable materials and other non-hazardous industrial waste. The new truck-mounted recycling systems are designed to meet the company’s daily operational requirements, enabling independent material loading and the transport of interchangeable containers.

The EPSILON Q150Z82 recycling crane features a Z-boom system with a horizontal outreach of 8.2 metres. It is equipped with a centrally mounted CLASSIC DRIVE high-seat operator station, a double rack-and-pinion slewing system with a 425° slewing angle, stabilisers extending up to 3.9 metres and four LED work lights. An asymmetric SG300A polyp grab with a capacity of 300 litres is installed for efficient scrap metal and recyclable material handling.

The PALFINGER HT 18 TEC hooklift enables the safe pick-up, lifting, lowering, tipping and transport of interchangeable containers. It is equipped with V Drive in-cab controls, two operating speeds and external rear hydraulic container locking.

By combining an EPSILON recycling crane, a polyp grab and a PALFINGER hooklift, these custom truck upgrades provide MEĐIMURJE METALI with three versatile recycling truck bodies.
