A multifunctional crane-tipper body mounted on a MAN TGS 6×4 BL chassis was delivered to Planigrad projekt d.o.o. The vehicle is equipped with a PALFINGER PK 33002 EH G crane, a TK160-5.0 three-way tipper, as well as a rotator and grab, making it suitable for lifting, transporting and unloading various types of cargo.

The PALFINGER PK 33002 EH crane is installed behind the vehicle cab and equipped with eight hydraulic extensions, providing a maximum outreach of 21.3 metres. Precise operation is enabled by a Scanreco radio remote control with linear levers, while Paltronic 50, the HPSC stability control system and stabiliser position monitoring ensure safe and reliable operation. The crane is also equipped with long hydraulic stabilisers featuring 180° swivelling cylinders, additional rear stabilisers and an oil cooler. For efficient handling of bulk and other materials, a rotator with a lifting capacity of 5,000 kg and a 325-litre two-shell grab were supplied.

The TK160-5.0 three-way tipper has internal dimensions of 5,000 × 2,420 × 800 mm and a volume of 9.2 m³. The sideboards can be opened downwards or in pendulum mode, allowing easy adaptation to different loading and unloading operations.

A support for transporting long loads is installed at the rear of the tipper body. Additional functionality is provided by a stainless-steel toolbox, eight retractable U-shaped lashing points in the tipper body and a floor extension that protects the rear of the vehicle during unloading.
