PK-Palfinger Kran d.o.o. is proud to participate for the second consecutive year as a partner of the RIJEKA RUN project, in cooperation with the global brand PALFINGER.<\/p>\n\n
This is a unique sports, recreational, and humanitarian project that brings together thousands of participants with the goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, and community spirit. The RIJEKA RUN 2026 project includes a series of races held throughout April, culminating in the grand finale on April 18, 2026, at Korzo in Rijeka. <\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
The project includes the following races:<\/p>\n\n

539 Steps (Trsat Staircase Run) \u2013 April 4, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Molo Longo Run (6 km) \u2013 April 11, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Homo si te\u0107 (Citizens\u2019 Run, ~1.5 km) \u2013 April 18, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Half Marathon (21 km) \u2013 April 18, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Relay Half Marathon (3 \u00d7 7 km) \u2013 April 18, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
10K Race (~10 km) \u2013 April 18, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
Erste 5K (~5 km) \u2013 April 18, 2026 <\/li>\n\n\n\n
dm Kids Run & Milka Milinkovi\u0107 Memorial Race \u2013 April 18, 2026 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
The highlight of the event is the \u201cHomo si te\u0107\u201d citizens\u2019 run, which gathers more than 15,000 participants of all generations every year and represents a symbol of unity, recreation, and positive energy in the city of Rijeka.<\/p>\n\n
As a socially responsible company, we recognize the importance of initiatives that promote an active lifestyle, solidarity, and humanity. The project\u2019s humanitarian character gives it additional value. <\/p>\n\n
Official event T-shirts will be available at the sales stand on Korzo and in Sport Vision stores in Rijeka. The price of one T-shirt is \u20ac8, of which \u20ac2.50 is donated to the \u201cSrce za nju\u201d association, <\/strong>which supports women suffering from chronic and oncological diseases and raises awareness about the importance of prevention and timely support.<\/p>\n\n
As part of our participation, PK-Palfinger Kran has provided T-shirts for its employees and actively encouraged them to take part in the race together with their families, contributing further to this valuable humanitarian initiative.<\/p>\n\n
We believe that such events strengthen team spirit and reinforce our connection with the local community.<\/p>\n\n
Participation in the RIJEKA RUN project is yet another example of our commitment to socially responsible business practices and active contribution to the community in which we operate.<\/p>\n\n
