The Jumbo Class NX of PALFINGER access platforms has been extended with a new, larger model:<\/p>\n
The P550 impresses with a working height of 55 meters and a lateral outreach of 40 meters. What remains unchanged are all the hallmark advantages of the new-generation Jumbo Class: the additional X-jib and basket rotation of 2 x 200 degrees offer exceptional maneuverability. This brings even more flexibility to the Jumbo NX Class, now reaching even greater heights. <\/p>\n
Following the introduction of the P480 and the launch of the next-generation Jumbo Class, PALFINGER now presents the second model in the series: the P550. With a working height of 55 meters, lateral outreach of over 40 meters, and a movement range of 20 meters, the upper boom offers significantly more possibilities compared to the P480. <\/p>\n
Within this range, the P550 showcases the enhanced flexibility that defines the new generation of platforms. The proven X-jib, positioned between the upper boom and the working basket, already featured on the P480, allows for independent control, enabling extremely precise positioning. It also provides a working range of 240 degrees and basket rotation of 2 x 200 degrees. <\/p>\n
