Inspired by these challenges, Palfinger has developed the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palfinger.com\/en\/products\/loader-cranes\/tec-range\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TEC crane<\/a> series based on the experience it has gained as a market leader for more than 90 years. The new innovative TEC crane series, in addition to its \u201cattractive\u201d appearance, brings impressive precision that makes the new Palfinger crane series smarter, stronger and above all faster in operation. The new series introduces an incredible 9 new models![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_separator el_width=&#8221;70&#8243;][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Why is the TEC series so ingenious?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PALTRONIC 180<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The TEC series of cranes is equipped with PALTRONIC 180 control electronics. The new control electronics offer more intelligent, efficient and simple operations through three essential functions: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palfinger.com\/en\/products\/loader-cranes\/highlights\/leveling-assistant_h_892382\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leveling Assistant<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; the leveling assistant supports operators in the process of leveling the truck before work, the process is semi-automatic with one lever control.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palfinger.com\/en\/products\/loader-cranes\/tec-range\/smart-control\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Smart Control<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;smart&#8221; control is a system that makes it easier for the operator to control the crane in such a way that control is possible with only one joystick.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palfinger.com\/en\/products\/loader-cranes\/tec-range\/memory-position\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Memory Position<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; memorizing positions enables memorizing 4 positions of the crane in the space that can be reached by operating with two control levers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ct2wH0Az9A8&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_separator el_width=&#8221;70&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]In addition to the above, <strong>PALTRONIC 180<\/strong> offers additional systems for comfortable and efficient crane management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>P-Fold<\/strong> system allows the crane to be folded into the transport position and working position with a single lever on the remote control.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Rope Tension Control (RTS)<\/strong> system ensures that the cable tension is automatically corrected with the movements of the crane boom.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Synchronised Rope Control (SRC)<\/strong> system maintains a constant distance between the crane boom and the hook during crane boom movement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The DPS-Plus &amp; DPS-C<\/strong> system provides additional lifting power to the fly-jib in all crane positions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The HPSC-Plus LOAD<\/strong> system calculates the maximum reach taking into account the load in the truck, it is about optimizing the crane&#8217;s operation taking into account the load and the extension of the stabilizer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>HPSC-Plus GEOM<\/strong> enables an accurate calculation of the center of gravity taking into account the length of the extended extensions, since the extensions have sensors that measure the length of the extended extensions. Taking this into account, the Palfinger crane calculates the optimal load diagram. <\/li>\n<li><strong>The AOS<\/strong> anti-oscillation system prevents the load from swaying during sudden changes in direction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SOFT STOP<\/strong> ensures a gradual braking of the crane movement before the final stop.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The MEXT<\/strong> system ensures that mechanical extensions are detected by the crane&#8217;s sensors so that they are integrated into the overload protection system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The MFAJ<\/strong> function allows the use of the MFA mechanical jib extension (hydraulic extension) within the overload protection system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The WEIGH<\/strong> function allows weighing the load and displaying the weighed load on the screen of the PALCom P7 remote control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LX-6 CONTROL VALVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The increased sensitivity of the new Palfinger TEC cranes is possible thanks to the LX-6 control valves, in combination with the specially developed PALcom P7 remote control. <\/p>\n<p><strong>PALCOM P7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The PALcom P7 radio control is an ergonomic and anti-stress remote control that also provides a wide range of innovative support systems. The \u201cPALdrive\u201d rotary dial on the remote control provides quick access to the main menu with a clear color display that ensures easy and safe operation of the Palfinger crane. <\/p>\n<p><strong>P-PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The common signature of all Palfinger cranes of the TEC series is the P-profile boom. The construction solution of the P-profile makes the cranes significantly lighter. This of course means more payload. The crane is more stable during operation, enabling the operator to work more precisely. In addition to all of the above, P-profile has significantly lower maintenance costs.    <\/p>\n<p><strong>NEW TEC DESIGN \u2013 ELEGANT AND FUNCTIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new design of TEC cranes visually stands out not only for its P-profile, but also for its recognizable elegance. The new models are specially decorated with the high-quality PALFINGER logo integrated in a gray shade on the main boom of the crane.
