As part of this project, we successfully manufactured and delivered a specialized truck superstructure equipped with a Palfinger PK 92002-SH crane, designed for demanding construction and industrial operations. The crane is fitted with an F hydraulic extension and an additional articulated jib PJ125E, achieving a maximum outreach of 30.4 m in this configuration, enabling safe and precise handling of loads at great heights and distances.
A high level of safety and operating comfort is ensured by advanced systems such as AOS (Active Oscillation Suppression) for load sway reduction, the P-Fold assisted crane folding system, and RTC (Rope Tension Control) for automatic wire rope tension control. The crane is additionally equipped with a winch featuring a wire rope length of up to 65 meters, allowing reliable operation even in demanding working conditions.
The superstructure includes an integrated cargo platform TS-6.2, with a usable length of 6,200 mm, designed as a robust and functional working surface. The edge profiles of the platform are chamfered at a 45° angle and fitted with lashing points for load securing, while twistlock locks are integrated into the platform floor, enabling safe and certified container transport.
The crane is also delivered with a man basket with a load capacity of 200 kg, intended for safe work at height in accordance with applicable safety regulations, further expanding the vehicle’s functionality for assembly and service operations.
The complete truck superstructure is mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Arocs 4151 AK 8×6/4, ensuring high stability, optimal load distribution, and long-term reliability in daily operation.
