For Tehnoelektro d.o.o., we have successfully completed a truck superstructure project featuring a Palfinger PK 33002 EH crane combined with a three-way aluminum tipper TK160AL-4.6. The superstructure was installed on a MAN TGS 33.480 6×6 BB chassis with a wheelbase of 3,600 mm and fully tailored to meet the demands of off-road and field operations.
The installed Palfinger High Performance PK 33002 EH crane is equipped with an F hydraulic extension system (7 hydraulic extensions), providing a maximum outreach of 19.1 m. In addition, the crane features two manual extensions, extending the working range by a further approx. 4 m, resulting in a total maximum outreach 23.1 m. Advanced safety and control systems, including HPSC stability monitoring, Paltronic 50, and radio remote control, ensure a high level of safety, precision, and operational efficiency.
The three-way aluminum tipper TK160AL-4.6, with internal dimensions of 4,600 × 2,420 × 800 mm, is designed for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 26 tonnes and is built for demanding daily operation. The tipper body is equipped with two pairs of pole transport supports, while the floor incorporates four pairs of lashing points with a load capacity of 2 t each, enabling safe and flexible transport of various types of cargo. A key advantage of this configuration is the pallet-width tipper body (2,420 mm), allowing efficient handling and transport of palletized goods arranged according to Euro-pallet width.
The vehicle is additionally equipped with a dual-circuit hydraulic system, enabling hydraulic power supply to attached vehicles such as tipper trailers, as well as operation of hydraulic loading ramps, further expanding the vehicle’s operational versatility.
