For our partner LED Elektronika d.o.o., we delivered a specialized trailer for transporting construction machinery, model PRT180, designed and manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.

The trailer has a total length of 8,600 mm, with a useful loading area of 6,800 mm and a platform height of approximately 980 mm when unloaded. The loading platform, 2,480 mm wide, is built as a robust welded steel construction with side cutouts for easy load securing. The floor is made of 30 mm thick anti-slip, waterproof plywood, and integrated lashing points with a capacity of 2.5 t ensure cargo stability during transport.

Rear ramps allow for easy loading of machinery, with the possibility of manual side adjustment, and the folding design facilitates handling. The trailer is equipped with two axles, each with a load capacity of 9,000 kg, air suspension, and advanced safety systems including EBS, ALB, and TRS, which significantly enhance braking safety and driving stability.

The electrical and air systems are integrated within the chassis for protection against external elements. Additional equipment includes: 6 LED work lights, rear-view camera with a truck monitor connector, PVC fenders, toolboxes, spare wheel holder, reflectors, and many other details that ensure reliable operation in all conditions.

The color of the chassis and steel components has been matched with the towing vehicle, along with 600 mm high aluminum side panels, for a visually and functionally harmonious combination.
