PK-Palfinger Kran d.o.o. has delivered a truck-mounted superstructure for Metali Reciklaža d.o.o. from Bibinje, featuring an Epsilon C70Z73 crane with a Z-type boom system and a maximum outreach of 7.3 meters, along with a rear-mounted municipal tipper SKK115-5.2. In combination with the SG204 clamshell grapple, the system enables safe and efficient handling of metal scrap and bulky loads. The superstructure was mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Arocs 1827K 4×2 chassis, with a tipper body featuring an internal length of 5,200 mm and a volume exceeding 18 m³, designed for intensive municipal and industrial applications.

As part of the installation, complete hydraulic and electrical systems were integrated, including a constant delivery pump system, oil tank and oil cooler, as well as all components required for the coordinated operation of the crane and tipper. Special attention was given to the layout of equipment on the vehicle chassis and to vehicle parametrisation, ensuring safe operation and optimal utilisation of the system in daily operations.
