The wood industry, despite the difficult times of the pandemic, manages to maintain pre-crisis results, and it is important to point out the fact that European Union leaders in this sector see great potential for post-pandemic recovery of the old continent.

Wood is becoming an indispensable material for post-pandemic recovery, so it is crucial to take smart steps in the further development of this big part of the Croatian economy, which together with forestry provides almost 50,000 jobs, mostly in rural areas.
