Two more of a total of 14 superstructures mounted on Mercedes-Benz Arocs trucks have been delivered to CE-ZA-R Centar za reciklažu d.o.o. These two “recycling” superstructures consist of Palfinger Epsilon C70Z73 cranes with a reach of 7.3 meters and SKK 115-5.2 rear municipal tippers, 5200 mm in length with a volume of 24 m³.
The Palfinger Epsilon C70Z73 crane is equipped with a SG 204 polyp grab with four tines and a volume of 200 liters. The crane is operated from a high seat using control levers and foot pedals mounted on the seat itself.
The truck is fitted with a SKK 115-5.2 rear municipal tipper, with internal dimensions of 5200x2300x2000 mm and a volume of 24 m³. The steel tipper body has fixed side panels, while the rear panel opens “like a book.”
Two PK superstructures equipped with Palfinger Epsilon M130Z96 HPLS cranes have been delivered to CE-ZA-R Centar za reciklažu d.o.o., a recycling company based in Zagreb. The cranes are mounted on Mercedes-Benz Arocs 1843 LS 4×2 tractor units. CE-ZA-R primarily focuses on the production of secondary metal raw materials through recycling. For many years, the company has relied on PK superstructures with Palfinger Epsilon cranes for handling and transporting materials. These are the first two units in a series of recycling-specific superstructures scheduled for delivery starting in early 2019. year.
