Today at St. Peter’s Pier, Split Parking presented four new tow service vehicles. These are Iveco Eurocargo ML120E25/P trucks on which PK Palfinger Kran d.o.o. carried out the installation of F 100 loading platforms and Palfinger PK 17500T cranes equipped with hydraulic crossbars for vehicle transport. The company had so far six vehicles for moving illegally parked vehicles. The four new vehicles have loading platforms of the same total size as the previous models (5000×2250 mm), but they are narrower and shorter by forty centimeters, which improves maneuverability and makes them more suitable and efficient for city driving. The crane has a higher lifting capacity compared to earlier versions, enabling it to handle heavier vehicles with an extended reach. The Palfinger PK 17500T crane complies with the highest standards for worker safety and vehicle protection during towing operations.
With the investment in these four vehicles, Split Parking will enhance the efficiency and accessibility of its towing service, ensuring better responsiveness on the streets of Split.
