UPTO Benšak has expanded its impressive fleet with two PK combinations featuring PK forestry upgrades equipped with Palfinger Epsilon cranes on Volvo trucks.

The Volvo FH 460 has been fitted with a PK forestry upgrade including a Palfinger Epsilon M110Z79 crane with a reach of 7.9 meters and a floorless SP160 forestry platform, 5600 mm in length, with an aluminum underbody protection. Two pairs of aluminum E9 bunks, each with a load capacity of 9 tons, are mounted on the platform.
Alongside the crane, a Palfinger FG53 grapple with a lifting capacity of 5000 kg was delivered. In addition to the aluminum underbody protection and bolsters, the truck is also equipped with an aluminum front wall, aluminum oil tank, and aluminum rims. All the aluminum components make this upgraded truck one of the lightest in its class, with a payload capacity of nearly 12500 kg.

Along with the two trucks, forestry trailers PSM 180 with loading platforms measuring 5200 mm in length were delivered. Each trailer features aluminum underbody protection, two pairs of aluminum ExTe E9 bolsters with a 9-ton capacity, and aluminum rims. The trailer is equipped with a scale with a monitor to measure the total weight of the trailer.
