PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. has delivered two truck-mounted systems for CE-ZA-R d.o.o., a member of the C.I.O.S. Group, Croatia’s leading waste management system.

Each installation consists of a Palfinger PK 14.501K SLD5 crane and a hydraulically sliding platform HK180, mounted on MAN TGL 12.220 (4×2 BL) vehicles with a wheelbase of 4200 mm. The systems have been designed and manufactured in accordance with the highest technical standards and specific requirements of the end user.

The platforms, measuring 4600 x 2400 mm, are made of high-strength steel and feature smooth driving tracks with an anti-slip quartz sand coating. The rear section includes mechanically extendable ramps, which are hot-dip galvanized to ensure long-term corrosion resistance. Each platform is equipped with a PK hydraulic cross-beam and PK wheel locks, while stainless steel toolboxes with integrated LED lighting are installed on the chassis. All steel components are shot-blasted, galvanized, and additionally painted in compliance with PK quality and durability standards.

This project highlights the expertise and reliability of the PK-Palfinger Kran team in the development and production of specialized truck-mounted systems for the municipal and industrial sectors, as well as the continuation of successful cooperation with partners from the C.I.O.S. Group.
