PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. has successfully delivered a forestry superstructure model SP160-6.2 mounted on a new truck for the client Marincel, along with the transfer and installation of a pre-used Epsilon M120Z96 crane with a reach of 9.6 meters.
The superstructure was designed and built to ensure maximum payload, durability, and efficiency in forestry operations. It was manufactured using high-strength steel and tailored structural solutions to meet the demands of heavy-duty use.
The SP160-6.2 model includes a reinforced subframe, steel front wall, and protective components for vital vehicle parts. The truck is equipped with ExTe forestry bunks and telescopic stakes, as well as additional features such as LED work lights, a toolbox, side guards, and a service platform for easier crane access.
The Epsilon M120Z96 crane was professionally removed from the previous chassis and reinstalled on the new vehicle. All necessary mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical integration work was carried out — including subframe mounting, installation of a new hydraulic pump, oil tank, cooler, and complete wiring — followed by system calibration and final functionality testing.
The vehicle has been fully certified in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and approved by the Croatian Vehicle Inspection Center (CVH).
