The utility company Komunalno Hvar was delivered a vehicle equipped with a PALFINGER P 130 A work platform, intended for safe and efficient work at height in everyday utility tasks. Komunalno Hvar plays a key role in maintaining the infrastructure of the town of Hvar, including public lighting, traffic and public areas, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the space, especially in conditions of increased seasonal load.

Considering the specific requirements of an island environment and the need for reliable equipment available throughout the year, this delivery represents an important step in modernising the vehicle fleet and improving the operational efficiency of municipal services. The new vehicle enables faster and safer interventions in the field, while reducing logistical requirements and providing greater flexibility in work planning.

The P 130 A aerial work platform offers a maximum working height of 13 metres, with a basket floor height of 11 metres and a horizontal outreach of up to 6.3 metres with a fixed basket. A basket capacity of 250 kg, a working arm range from –30° to +60°, and full 360° rotation of the turntable ensure a high level of safety, precision and operational flexibility.

Thanks to its low centre of gravity and front and rear pantograph stabilisation, the vehicle provides stable and reliable operation even on uneven terrain, which is especially important in island areas and locations with limited access. At the same time, its compact transport dimensions allow easy manoeuvring and efficient operation in narrow urban environments.
