PK-Palfinger Kran d.o.o. has successfully completed the installation and upfitting of a Palfinger PK 3400 crane for the end user Nevkoš d.o.o., mounted on a MAN TGE 4×2 vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a Palfinger PK 3400 High Performance crane featuring a double hydraulic extension, providing a maximum outreach of 5.1 meters. The crane is fitted with manual stabilizers, a monitoring system for transport and operating positions, as well as acoustic safety warning signals. The crane is mounted behind the cab, ensuring optimal weight distribution and high vehicle functionality. Operation is carried out via radio remote control, enabling precise, safe, and efficient handling in all working conditions.

In addition to the crane, the vehicle is supplied with a polyp grapple with a capacity of 160 liters, combined with a rotator rated at 5,000 kg, further enhancing the vehicle’s suitability for handling bulk materials and various types of loads. The upfitting also includes a three-way tipper TK 35-3.5, with internal dimensions of 3,500 × 2,200 × 400 mm and a total volume of 3 m³, designed for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight between 5 and 7 tonnes. The tipper body features a rear door opening “like a book”, removable side panels, and a complete electro-hydraulic system with a telescopic cylinder.

The complete upfitting includes an auxiliary subframe made of high-quality steel, integrated hydraulic and electrical installations, safety systems preventing lateral and diagonal tipping, as well as certification in accordance with applicable regulations and the requirements of the Croatian Vehicle Center.
