PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. has successfully delivered a new firefighting vehicle equipped with a Palfinger aerial platform P240A for the needs of the Public Fire Brigade Rovinj. This advanced hydraulic aerial work platform enables safe and efficient operations at heights of up to 23.2 meters, with a maximum outreach of 10.8 meters (at 80 kg) or 7.6 meters (at 250 kg).

The platform is made of aluminum with a 250 kg load capacity, featuring dual access, hydraulic controls, engine start/stop from the basket, and air and water connections up to the working position.
Additional safety features include safety harness anchors, an emergency lowering system, non-return valves on all cylinders, and overpressure protection valves in the hydraulic system. The unit was installed on the fire truck in accordance with all regulations and certifications, including a static chassis calculation and type approval by the Croatian Vehicle Center (CVH).

This delivery further enhances the operational capabilities of the Rovinj Fire Department in rescue and firefighting operations at height, confirming the quality and reliability of PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. in the field of special firefighting superstructures.
