PK-PALFINGER KRAN d.o.o. has delivered a complete municipal solution combining the PALFINGER HT 18 TEC hookloader and an abroll container equipped with an EPSILON M110Z 95TR crane. The vehicle is designed for efficient container handling and transportation, as well as the emptying of underground and semi-underground waste containers, providing maximum flexibility for everyday operations. The equipment was delivered to LEĆ d.o.o., the municipal utility company from Vodice.
The PALFINGER HT 18 TEC hookloader, with a lifting capacity of 18 tonnes, ensures fast and safe container handling thanks to its hydraulic locking system, in-cab controls, and the Comfort Package, which further enhances operational efficiency. The system features two operating speeds, standard container guidance, and hydraulic front and rear container locking, ensuring safe handling during both transport and operation.
Mounted on the abroll container is the EPSILON M110Z 95TR crane with a Triple Z boom and a maximum hydraulic outreach of 9.5 metres. The crane is equipped with radio remote control, automatic rotating stabilisers, the Paltronic 40 control system, and an SG300 clamshell grab with a capacity of 300 litres. A distinctive feature of this crane configuration is the XST system for emptying underground and semi-underground waste containers, providing an efficient solution for modern waste collection operations.
The abroll container, with internal dimensions of 4,700 × 2,300 × 1,800 mm, is manufactured from high-strength structural steel and features reinforced sidewalls, rear doors with sealing gaskets, and a locking system specifically designed for operation with the hookloader. Its robust construction ensures long service life, reliable performance under demanding operating conditions, and straightforward maintenance throughout its service life.
