The 17th Wood Technology Conference was held in Opatija on 29 and 30 June, which, as every year, brought together numerous experts from the forestry sector. The conference is an opportunity for cross-sector communication, but also for presenting its companies, projects and products to domestic and foreign entities. The PK company’s product range was presented at the conference, with an emphasis on the forestry composition with an aluminum floor and a Palfinger Epsilon crane M12Z105 with a reach of 10.5 m, and the forestry tractor trailer with a Palfinger Epsilon crane C60F86 with a maximum reach of 8.6 m. The PK forestry superstructure with a trailer was exhibited in front of the Hotel Royal so that the participants could see for themselves the quality of the performance.

Despite a lower number of attendees due to regional travel restrictions, the conference was highly dynamic and content-rich. All participants shared a common sense of optimism—an essential element in overcoming the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 crisis.
